Slow Cooker Sweet Pork Roast - This simple, scrumptious, slow cooked pork roast recipe is melt in your mouth delicious. Pork loin, is smothered in a sweet, liquid paste of apples, juice and brown sugar, a little ginger, then cooked in the crockpot all day. The enticing aroma of this crock pot recipe, fills the house as it cooks.

Ingredients to make Slow Cooker Sweet Pork Roast
4 pound pork, loin roast
6 each apples
1/4 cup apple juice
3 tablespoon sugar, brown
1 teaspoon ginger, ground
Directions to make Slow Cooker Sweet Pork Roast
Step 1:Rub roast with salt and pepper. Brown pork roast under broiler to remove excess fat; drain well.
Step 2:Core and quarter apples. Place apple quarters in bottom of crockpot. Place roast on top of apples.
Step 3:Combine apple juice, brown sugar, and ginger. Spoon over top surface of roast, moistening well. Cover and cook on Low 10-12 hours, until done.
