Saucy steak and Vegetables - This snappy, slow cooked, steak and veggie recipe is so full-bodied and robust, with it’s tender tangy flavor, we guarantee you will go back for more! Succulent steak strips and chunks of healthy vegetables, completely absorb the tangy sauce while cooking in the crockpot all day, and it smells so good!

Ingredients to make Saucy Steak and Vegetables
1 1/2 pounds Chuck or round steak, cut in strips
1/3 cup Flour
1 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Pepper
1 Large onion, sliced
1 Large green pepper, sliced
1 pound Can tomatoes
1 Can mushrooms, (4 ounces) drained
2 tablespoons Molasses
3 tablespoons Soy sauce
1 Pkg frozen french green beans, (10 ounces)
Directions to make Saucy Steak and Vegetables
Step 1:Put steak strips , flour, salt and pepper in crock pot, strirring well to coat meat. Add remaining ingredients and cook on LOW for 8 hours, or 5 hours on LOW and 2 hours on HIGH.
